Performances can be at any time on Sundays to suit you.   These presentations get booked up fast so don’t delay in phoning Mary Boyd on 480 5028 for a booking.

As usual, with our main production of Harvey comes the opportunity for groups to fundraise for their own activity.  Good concessions are available especially for bookings taking half a house or a whole house.  Let Marion Hines know of any organizations we can approach with this opportunity.  Ph 376 6583

The Annual General Meeting for Pilgrim Productions will be held on Monday 21 July 2014 at 7.30pm at 3 Notley Street, Westmere.  At this meeting officers and committee for the year will be elected and subscriptions fixed.  An annual report and annual accounts will also be tabled.  All members welcome!

As a surprise bonus this year we include in our entertainment options for you the all-time favourite Christmas production of Amahl and the Night Visitors.  This short operetta by Minotti was his most popular work.   Two nights only 12th and 13th December in the Pitt Street Methodist Church.  This production will include choir and orchestra and an outstanding cast.  More details later but keep the dates free!
